Why does PCGS not include at four 2009 Lincoln proof issues or the West Point proof issue?

I really do not understand why PCGS does not include all four proof issues from the 2009 Lincoln centennial series and as well as West Point mint marked proofs in the 1959 to present set of Lincoln proofs? Seems to me that to have a complete set you need ALL of the coins officially produced by the U.S. Mint.

I also wondered why 1 of the 4 Lincoln proofs satisfied the “slot” in the Registry sets.

Good question maybe @SetRegistryManager has the answer?

So, if there is an answer, PCGS should have explained it in the Set Registry description for Lincoln proofs 1959-present!

Maybe they consider them as Commemorative issues?

    Maybe not,,,,,

I see the 4 2009-S coins in the 1959-date major set (not the basic set). The w mint are not in this or the complete set. I am sure you can ask to have this added, and then it will either be added or a reason for not adding it will be given. I would think this is an oversight.

Would seem to be a much better way to handle this than it is currently being handled. I see a red aviatar in the future.

Maybe so, we do see new users get on here just to be negative, they usually don't last long.
