These are a few of the types of dollar-sized coins that have been counterfeited in China by the boatload, and then dumped in the mini-malls throughout the heartland of America. One should proceed with some caution.
The Japanese dragon Silver dollar to me is a fake.
From what I’ve seen there has never been a Meiji year 3 silver dollar with the one yen on the reverse.
The others are likely fake if they came from the same place

Right on the first 2 for the years, however it’s Meiji year 3, So it will be 1870

The yen is a 30. Reading right to left 年十三明治 is Year (10) (3) Meiji So, Meiji 30 year. 1897, which is reasonably common. A check on diameter and weight would help. 38.1 mm and 26.96 grams (.900 fine silver).
明治 = Meiji
三 = 3
十 = 10
年 = year
三 十 is 30
十 三 is 13
so it all depends on which way you are reading, which can be ascertained by the Emperor's name and the nen/year character placement.
