    Yes. Usually the more rotation the more value. At this time there is probably no value to these BUT if you put it on Ebay it should get snatched up at a profit to you.

    Yes it is a rotated die error, however I am sure it is not enough to be of value and it is very likely to be within mint tolerances.

    What’s the easiest way to measure the degree of rotation without a quick investment. Parchment paper outline? Or us level measure feature on IPhone.

    Just get the coin obverse centered in the 2x2, and you can draw lines on the 2x2 with a pencil. I would show you with a pic but can't do that at the moment.

    Easiest.

    It’s a jpg image so you should be able to download, adjust size, and print.

    That works. But how long did it take fiddling with the iphone versus just laying it down on a pre-measured piece of paper?

    Do any of the TPGS's put the degree of rotation on the label ANYMORE?

    AFAIK, ANACS did at one time but they stopped after some collector complained that his coin was rotated one degree more than stated on the label.

    I don’t know if they do but these will be put on eBay to supplement my none income till I decide what I am going to do about work. Need to get to NY and meet my daughter fiancé
