What is the longest you have waited to get your TruViews after your coins have been returned to you?
I realize the cropping and editing would take some time, but so does packaging and shipping.

Been getting them about the same day I get the coins back in the mail lately.
There can be a backlog getting images online after a grading event. We can always bump an order up in the queue, just email us at photography@collectors.com.

I've gotten my trueviews before the order ships, or same day.
Gonna get me a $50 Octagonal someday. Some. Day.
Just had coins graded and TruViews were available 10 days later.
Usually before they arrive back home, sometimes a day or two later.

Same. My order shows images ready but they aren't there. I figured there was a backlog or something.

My experience is that TVs usually appear between the email the coins have shipped to a few days after they have been delivered. Do not know if the quantity matters.
If it’s been more than a few day (~five work days) after delivery I’ll call.
Mine just showed in the system.
