  To clarify PCGS wanted it sent in for reholder/attribution. There is no evidence of seal tamper.

  Aren't all seated lib half dollars 1.2 inches? 30.6 mm?

  WB-101/wb13... Only coin to have a diameter of 1.186". From Bill Bugarts pdf of New Orleans Branch Mint Liberty Seated Half's.
