Awesome 1945 Toned Cent (thanks TomB) + Russ- I got your 12c that were overdue...

TomB was kind enough to send me an awesome, green-toned 1945 Lincoln cent... really great color on the obverse and a two-toned red on the reverse with a rim of rainbow... THANKS TOM!!!!

By coincidence, the package needed 12c from the PO to be mailed... remind us of Russ' letter from a long time ago? Cue "Twilight Zone" music!

TomB · December 5, 2002 12:51PM

You're welcome, Jeremy!

Also, very clever to rub out the addresses! Everyone can still see my "moose" on the mailing label, though, and that's okay!

Well- if anyone really wants to know how to send Tom a few stink bombs, PM me for his addy

pharmer · April 29, 2006 10:57AM

Do you still have this cent, Jeremy? If so, wanna sell it?

airplanenut · April 29, 2006 10:59AM

Wow that's an old thread... with a picture that is pre-camera days for me... oh, my scanner

As for your question, Pharmer... I do still have the coin, and it is definitely not for sale

Thanks again, Tom!

I'm still trying to get Tom to send me a certain coin. What is your trick?

The trick was being 15 at the time

Now I can't even see the guy, let alone get freebies from him!
