This should be helpful for our hosts. UNFORTUNATELY, only 10 poll options can be posted at a time so I had to rewrite it and divide it into parts. 
Now if you wish to take the time and trouble as I'm doing now, you'll need to look in each part to find your state. I hope you do it because it should be informative fo all of us. I've grouped the parts from west to east.
Results
No surprises. In the 1980's a similar survey was done of ANA membership. Concentrations were in:
CA
FL
NY/PA/NJ
TX
MI/OH/IL/IN.

I realize that folks from all over the world post on CU, but there was not enough room. In theoriginal version, it was one poll with all 50 states and "Other" for outside the USA.

I found WY in parts 1 and 2. But I don't live there.
I guess that DC, Guam, Northern Marianas, American Samoa, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico like the ATB's do.
