Quarterly Special Oversized Holder Question

Are the 2.5" 2019 Liberty Medals included in the Quarterly Special, they are larger than 44mm but the are not technically coins?

That's an excellent question for customer service.
From Customer Service: Yes, that medal would qualify for the special. You, or anyone else that would like to submit, would pay the normal grading fee for the medal, then pay the reduced amount for the oversized holder.
