EBAY Graded card return. Holder is completely compromised. Need sound advice.

Holder is half open. I just grabbed it and half of it came right open. $500 card. Card doesn't look right either. How do I handle this?? I think it's SNAD; but how do I word this as to not have huge problems. Very dissappointed to say the least. Thought I got a decent deal....NOT SO.

Make sure you get a pic of the card from the listing. I know ebay should have it, but I don't count on them.

    Is the holder completely separated?

I have not tried and will not try to completely seperate; but it def seperates about half way from the top to middle. My guess is that if I squeezed it...it would come completely apart.

This could be the signs of a card switcherooo
Is card graded correctly In your opinion?
Open a SNAD claim immediately and expect seller to pay for shipping.

Was the seller "experienced"? (based on feedback score and actual feedback received)? Also, does the seller suually sell cards, or was it something out of their regular sales products?

Either way, you have to open a refund immediately, and also provide pictures... Stay calm, don't drop "f" bombs, etc...

Not sure if the card has been switched; but the holder is def more than half way open. A card could go in and out. I did open a SNAD case. Seller said in initial response that the holder was fine. I have a few pictures that say otherwise. He hasn't had much feedback recently. I paid by PP using my CC.

Just file the snad and return. It is likely a fake card in a psa looking slab from those scammers from California or Mexico a while ago. I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't a Jordan RC or some other super card.

Is the holder newer generation - foil PSA or Lighthouse PSA - or the older flips?

Open a case immediately with eBay prior to contacting the seller. Also send photos along with your complaint. Perhaps also report that eBay handle (name of seller) to PSA. They might be interested.
