  Simplest is to look on ebay for "Sold Items".
  Recently, sheets of 4 x $5 vertical have sold for around $50.
  A sheet of 2 x 16 of the $5 2009 series sold for $135.

  I believe the OP is asking about the blank ink on
  the top of the sheet (right, or am I wrong?)

  If so, I'd say it would have a good premium as the
  ink smear like this would be very scarce on an
  uncut sheet of 16 or 32 subject notes.

  250%-300% face value. I do not see them sold at this time but the single bundle 5 set has 60.00 cut sheets and it cost 299.40 for them with sleeves box COA etc.

  revised to state I did not see it was off-centered cut. But would add, looks like back of the mint recycle that got away. Not sure market size for off-center uncut sheets.
