Would this toner qualify as an EOR?

The untoned area makes me think It might have been on the end of a roll. Am I mistaken or is it safe to assume this is an EOR?

Looks album toned, better than average eye appeal.
I don't think Morgans were stored in paper rolls, so I would say no on the end&roll toning.
Many Morgans have been stored in paper rolls (though not necessarily when first produced).
While I don’t see evidence of the example the OP asked about being one of them, see below for one which looks to fit the bill.

Banks may not have but plenty of consumers did. There was a post here not too long ago about a large collection of rolled dollars that was bought. Many of the end coins had very nice toning.
