Unfortunately, only metric collectors will know.
Here is one I used to own. I knew it was a wide CC reverse, but not exactly which one. Looks like a match to the 1.0 MM wide one posted by Realone.
I believe there was one photographed in one of the big coin books of the 70s or 80s maybe bowers 1st. It appeared to be a near mint state 73cc wide 1.2 with multiple rev chops. I remember looking at that book’s black and white photos in Julian’s store years ago. Don’t think it was an auction catalog but I don’t remember.
It is possible that the rev and obv photos were not correctly paired but it certainly was a 1.2 with chops.
While all wide CCs are rare-scarce they are all almost unheard of with chops
Only Keoj, Dan and I were ever able to put a complete set of all 4 years together with the 73,74, 76 and the 75. Super tough

Dave is the one who made it and sold it to Greg. When he found that it wasn't the 1.2 he slid it to a channel for you to buy.

I am still searching for the 75. Probably will be for a while, but one never knows!!!...

Thanks. Quite a bit of crustiness for sure! And fun to assemble as each of them was a bit of a pick...

If you read back issues of the Gobrecht journal and The Chopmarks News, you'll hear about a lot of wide cc's with chops for the 3 dates 73, 74 and 76. James Sneddon seems to have hoarded a bunch about 10 plus years ago. His articles make it sound like they aren't too rare, but we haven't seen too many new ones lately.
You ask for info and then you insult those offering info. 🤔 Now go actually read the articles I mentioned before coming back with more insults or crying victim.
You've chosen to collect Trade Dollars by die variety. With chopmarks. A niche within a niche. You've also chosen to insult the few forum members who might have the answers you seek.
Don't be surprised when you don't get answers to your questions.
You ask a question, I give an answer. You don’t like my answer and start calling me names and crying victim 🤷♂️
Geeze Guys!
I am grateful for my friends Crypto and Dan. They have been honest and open numismatic friends. 👍
And just for your information there are examples of the 1.0mm with the shared Obv die with the 7 in the denticles. But since i haven’t shared that you would have no way of knowing that.

The only way I have been able to tell the 1.0 and the 1.2 apart is to lay the edge of a card against the right side of the N and see if the edge of the card cuts into the left hand side of the first c in the mintmark (on enlarged images of course). I have the 74 and 76 and hold out hope for a 73! Beautiful coins, Mbogoman! Thanks for starting the thread, Realone.
I'm having trouble seeing the die crack; in the image you posted I see a line between the wing on the left and the leg (my left) is that what you mean?
It isn’t a die crack it is a die clash

Die clash? thanks that helps as well as the larger image.
