eBay USUALLY waits until after the first month of the new quarter to issue eBay bucks promotions. That is probably to get people to spend their eBay buck vouchers. After that, eBay usually starts the promotions to keep their sales up for the rest of the quarter...

yeah, just saying e bay promos always happen on a Monday or Tuesday

I got mine around the first of the month.
My wife and I have separate accounts. I did NOT get the 8% Promo, but my wife did. The only difference is I still have eBay Bucks to spend from last quarter. I wonder if that's why I didn't get the 8% Promo???
