Question on TrueViews and Inventory !!!!

I have just noticed lately that when I add coins to my Inventory that have TV's....the TV' are "automatically" loaded to the inventory. I DO NO WANT THIS! Did I accidentally set a switch? If so, How do I STOP this! Also, how do I get these out of my inventory??!!

You can disable this setting by going to Dashboard, going to Preferences and uncheck the option to automatically download the TrueView.

Click on the 3 horizontal lines to the left of PCGS in the upper left hand corner.

It will open this screen. Select Preferences

Uncheck the bottom option

Why would you not want to see images of the coins that you're adding to your inventory?

So happy to know this. I don't mind having TrueViews at all, but I prefer to see my own photos first, which it now does. Thanks for asking @DIMEMAN and thanks for the info, @robec!

I do not have those 3 lines left of PCGS Shield, but there is a blue box with all those choices. I clicked on preferences and guess what......that Box for auto load of TV's was NOT repeat NOT checked!!

Two things:

First - I want to load the pics I want. I usually alter the TV to show varieties.

Two - When it is auto loaded it does not even show in the sets when you view the set. What good is that!

THIS IS A REAL BUMMER!!!!!

If the option isn't selected you should be able to delete the TrueViews from you Inventory page.

You can load more than one pic to a coin.

So you can a TV and several of your own uploaded pics.

I know, but I almost always just want one and I want it to be the one I load.

Nope. When I click detail to change things the TV doesn't even show up to give me the chance to delete it. And the TV doesn't even show up in the sets. The only place it shows is in inventory. ARGH!!!!!

Weird, sounds like a bug. It shows up in your inventory.........does it also show up in your Registry? It's odd that it doesn't show up when you click on detail.

@DIMEMAN, what a terrible thing to have happened to your registry set. I cannot believe images were auto-uploaded on your behalf. I hope you get through these tough times intact.

I think you misunderstood. I was sympathizing with your plight. I just cant believe that happened. I'm glad you shed light on the issue though.
