Can't even describe this liberty head lol... help please (:

I cant even begin to describe this liberty head, let alone how it happened-- or why. What is fascinating, the details line up perfectly! Any thoughts would be more than helpful!

    It looks like a cast of a cut out coin.

    Someone was making an ornament.

    It was a cut out coin that had some type of epoxy/resin poured in to fill the removed area (and not a good job). Not a mint error.
