  guess die gouges or die polishing.

  Doesn't sound like there's any collector interest here; trying to decide whether to 2x2 or just chuck it in the change jar. In hand the little spikes are evident at 4-10x. I recall a few "varieties" that are just die gouges so I figured I'd post and see.
