"Sweetness"

Hi all,

I post my artwork on the boards from time and I thought I'd share this interesting commission that I just did. It's a 1976 Walter Payton (AKA "Sweetness") rookie card made from candy wrappers and candy boxes! This was much more challenging than the cut card artwork that I normally do. Definitely a funky piece!

Oh man, that certainly was not the intent here. I used the Oreo boxes because the colors matched and Oreos are sweet...

I wanted it to be obvious that it was made from candy packaging, so I mixed in some logos and such. I departed from the actual image of the card in multiple areas for this reason.
