Would like to point out as well that comparing auction prices to dealer fixed price listings directly is a mistake. You are paying a premium for the convenience of an anytime purchase. Hopefully (for the buyer) it is a small premium, but there is value in not having to buy on an auctions schedule, as well as having robust return privileges. The market price will reflect that.
The wlh posted would net the dealer about 20% margin on the sell price. Higher than my typical margin but not stratospheric.
