Has PCGS started designating B.S. P.L. coins?

On eBay I came across this 2019 Business Strike dime with a MS67PL designation. In the pop report it's a Prooflike.
Is PCGS giving out the PL for regular issue business strike coins now?
Will they be giving the PL to other dates or is this some type of a mechanical error?
No press release???

They started with the rocketship halves - expect those prices to plummet shortly.

Similar question was asked earlier and Brett responded on the thread linked below. A copy of Brett’s response is quoted:
“PCGS has graded modern coins as PL at their discretion over the last decade, notably the 2009 UHRs and 2014s Anniversary set silver. This year the mint is producing some modern products that are clearly PL, and we are grading them as such.
There is no change in SOP in grading these coins. Thanks”

Sould the coin be a FBPL? It would be more interesting if it was.

Proof like by 1950's standards. Today's proofs show a cameo effect and that one does not at least that I can see from the small photos. Looks like a very well struck coin and the bands look very full, but not PL by today's standards imo.
I think it's a mechanical error.
Doesn't look close to PL to me.
Probably meant to put "FB."
First time I've seen "business strike" abbreviated to B.S.
Sure doesn't look even semi....Mechanical error
Probably need to see in hand vs those pics...
They’ve set precedent this year with the “PL” rocketship Kennedy’s. So they will now allow it on some cents and dimes for this year.
I would expect nickels, halves, and dollars to soon follow. No guarantees.
Ngc has been doing it for years for “BS” coins.
Pcgs could make a lot of money if they’d start allowing previous year coins to get PL designation.
Brett’s answer didn’t really clarify how things are shifting. Only that some coins this year will get the designation.
Are the dimes and nickels going to be graded FBPL & FSPL, otherwise it won't mean anything.

We have the 2 PL 2019 D 10c as well as a 2019 D MS68PL shield cent.
Not a professional photographer, so pictures are best we can do.
Does the dime have Full Bands? If so, why didn't PCGS put that on the slab?

We have a few other PL quality coins in for grading. We'll see if it continues.
Will probably make an attempt at some this week. Will get trueviews if I do just to see how they look.
I hope the standard (whatever that is) is identical to that used on Morgan dollars. Otherwise, there will be years of confusion confronting collectors.
“Are the dimes and nickels going to be graded FBPL & FSPL, otherwise it won't mean anything.”
I concur that coins should not lose their “base” designation if they are also PL. The cents also still need to be designated RD even if they are PL too. Likewise, the dimes should not lose their FB designation (if they are in fact FB). Ditto for business strike nickels with FS.
Wondercoin.
