This was quite a find, I believe.
Still not sure how to proceed eventually... (Go for CAC Gold? Submit as "reconsideration"? Submit "regrade" or raw?)

Thoughts?

I recommend you also post your query on the US Coin forum for that Morgan. Especially since you’re asking about CAC.

IMO, it has a chance to go up a grade and also a chance to drop to PL. A lot depends on if that is a scratch or planchet stria on the cheek. Need sharper images.
