Financial name change to PCGS, now K3B Inc. ?

Just checked and PCGS received my latest shipment, As anticipated, they charged my credit card but I see the charging company is now called K3B inc when I thought prior charges were to PCGS Inc.

Has PCGS undergone a company name change or did I miss this all the time?





EDIT: Just did a search and found 2 threads here, years ago, about this change.
Dang, how did I miss that in my 31 submissions since 2012?

    They have always used this name. It is not a forward facing name. Just something for business or legal reasons I believe.
