Extremely nice coin. MS-64 (too many small scrapes to make a higher grade). Most 1917 Ty-I are full head, or very close. This design is actually George Morgan's reworking of MacNeil's original

I was getting ready to ask @Broadstruck: Exactly how much do we subtract from the grade in this series for a missing nipple? To the graders is that the "best" part? Do we subtract a point or two?
