Oh, and if you want another fun Mint shipping story:
I bought a lot of 100 Kennedy sets. The Mint stock boxes are 32 sets per box. So, 100 set shipment should be 3 boxes of 32 plus 4 extra. I open the box and the 4 extra aren't there.
So, I call the Mint to inform them. They told me where the form was to file but suggested I wait to see if they show up. I said, "but they all have the same tracking number."
She said, "but they could be in different boxes with the same tracking number and it would still show up" [This is FedEx overnight, by the way.]
I said, "If the tracking number is marked as shipped, why would anyone be looking for another box?"
She said, "You can file the form now, if you want?"

Comments
Yes, although it wasn't quite a week. I got notification from the Mint and the tracking showed label created but not picked up for 3 or 4 days.
Yes. The transition between FEDEX and final leg by USPS.
I will get an Informed Delivery notice from USPS and from FEDEX for the same shipment.
I had a package lost from the mint so I'm on heightened alert

LMAO. So, I filed. We'll see what happens.
Note to self: Order in sets of 32.
d anyone be looking for another box?"
LOL. Yes, I know that now. Although since it is sold out it is moot.
Unfortunately that number is not consistent for all sets. The 2018 reverse proof sets are in boxes of 38, for example.
How did it get resolved?
I got my money back
