What's up with this Quarter?

have a 1999 New Jersey state quarter that is 2 different colors. One side looks like an ordinary quarter but on the reverse side it's a coppery bronze color on the other side. It doesnt weigh the same as average quarters. I need some help on finding out what's going on with this odd coin?

    Weight: 5.67 g
    Composition: 91.67% copper, 8.33 nickel (clad)
    Thickness: 1.75 mm
    Diameter: 24.26 mm

    Its either environmental damage or very possibly missing clad layer.

    Be sure not to touch it so the copper side (if that is what it is) stays bright.

    An exact weight would determine if it is a great find.

    About Uncirculated (, or Almost Unc)...

    Showing the slightest signs of wear.
