    Never got ebay bucks, even though I frequently shop on ebay. Maybe its something for sellers...

    signing up for ebay bucks only gets you regular 1% ebay bucks. To get the periodic 8-10% bonus buck invites, do the following: From our "Account" tab select "communication preferences," then click "show" under "promotions and surveys." Then check the second and third blocks, then "save."

    Bullion is specifically excluded. I got it - last month I made over 4k in "coin" purchases. They were common PCGS graded double eagles with prices based on bullion with a relatively small premium considering the form of gold and plastic. Coins are OK to buy with the 8 percent discount. I have not sold in over 3 years.

    The Golden Rule: Those with the gold make the rules.

    I use the same paypal account for each ebay account. Same shipping name, address, etc. I usually get about $1,500 or so per quarter back in bucks.

    yes I have 2 paypal addresses and I use them with any ebay account. I have never linked any to a set account like ebay always pesters you to do.
