Roger you have lost me on your 2 statements about this dime. 16P's are well known for their strong strike. Here are some that I own right now.

Ken is right. 16's often come very nice. The OP's coin looks to be a very nice original AU. Probably PCGS55.
The coin is as impressive in hand as are the original photos provided by the seller. But this seller does use the same photographic techniques that Great Southern uses on eBay, having the light hit the coin at an oblique angle (think of the sun sitting low towards the horizon) This tends to accentuate fine detail. But still in this case it is a pretty accurate representation. To me there was no photoshopping or other such tom-foolery involved.

Walker Proof Digital Album Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......

Do you have pics other than the sellers? I’ve seen this certain lighting technique before, and it can be a bit deceiving.

Thought I'd bump this with one I just bought today.

Collector, occasional seller
Glad you did well but that is one eBay seller I steer clear away from.
...she looks ready for Final Jeapordy!
