    I don't see it as a flat strike since the centrils appear on all stars; just wear.

    I agree. But I think anything over a 35 would take the chances down to zero

    Thanks for the opinions. This coin is in a group of coins my brother sent me. This is the first time the coins have seen the light of day in about 40 years.
