Does CAC charge non dealers submitters for coins that dont sticker?

Back in 2013 when I joined CAC as a non dealer submitter they did not charge that group a fee for coins that did not sticker. Is this policy still in place? Or God forbid do I have to wait till Monday to call.

    There is no fee for collectors for coins that don’t sticker.

    Yeah, but.....shipping and insurance costs are still yours. Be selective in what you send.

    Yes sir - and those costs may not be trivial !!
    I may be starting another thread on the value of CAC for a certain series and grade range.....
