How 'bout a "Box of 33?" I have a few more than 20 coins that are my favorites and this mostly solved the problem. It's an excellent product!

I looked into a similar Pelican case style box but can't find it again.

That’s brilliant why didn’t I see that before I’ve got an old pelican case I use to keep cigars in it’s the perfect size I just need to find the foam inserts

Amazon. Seller is Weaver Coin Supply I think. I also have a 24 slot that is perfect for the peace dollar set. Same brand.

How are all of these boxes with outgassing/glue/other chemicals? I've been told if it smells at all, it could impact coin toning.

A box of twenty is just not enough! An empty box of paper works great, and holds 18 blue boxes (360 coins) perfectly!!
If you look closely, you can get an idea of what’s inside. What I like best is the RUSH sticker, which says “Please Rush, Really!!”
No detectable odor.
