Let's see if we can do a complete run of business strike Washington quarters in order (PDS) from 1932 - Present. While proofs and SMS are not business strike, and therefore will NOT be waited for, they are certainly welcome anytime after their year has been completed. Here we go...

Yes, as long as they are in the appropriate year. One proviso, we are not waiting for proofs, so let's say we're talking 1942, if the PDS are complete, we can go on to 1943. I suppose in that case if someone posts a '43 P before you can post a 1942 proof, that it is alright for you to post the proof, but we'd continue on with the D and S of 1943 after that. You can't significantly backdate proofs, e.g. if we're working on 1967 you couldn't post a 1961.

Hard to see in the image, but there's some really nice iridescence on the obverse. The reverse IMO looks like crap.
