Need Some Assistance, Henry VIII Groat

I recently picked up this Henry VIII groat for a respectable price, but it came with no info.

I already have a young bust groat but wanted the older bust as well.

My question is this a lifetime issue or posthumous? I have spink 2018 and this looks like S#2369 or posthumous S#2403.

The weight is 2.45g and I think it may be Tower mint.

Any suggestions?

Henry VIII third coinage, Bristol mint, Laker bust A. S2372. The last quarter of the legend reads TOLIE, the rose and trefoil stops are usual for Bristol.
