Just bought this for one of my album sets and when it arrived, it looked like this. Reason Im asking is would you retun an item that was under $10? It hardly seems worth it, but Im a bit frustrated it arrived damaged. Ive already let the seller know I was a bit disappointed in the less than sturdy packaging, but not heard back yet.

I suspect that Its always going to bother you.
I have swallowed seller screw-ups and I have also pursued complaints. Just depends on what kind of mood I am in or how much it bothers me. In your case, you will see that fold every time you open the album.
yikes, I suspect USPS bent it to put I your box.
I know it's only $10 but why should you be stuck with a damaged product. If it was listed as a 'new' album then I'd return it as damaged. If it was listed as 'used' you might have an problem unless the seller accepts returns. Did the seller provide pictures or was it clearly damaged in shipping?
Either way it's a lot of aggravation for $10.

If the item's description or image does not represent what you ordered, then return it. eBay will cover return postage for items that are significantly not as described (SNAD).

BTW - the longer it goes without a seller reply, the greater the chance that I'd be asking for a refund or replacement (at his expense).

As mentioned, probably a postal carrier damage. For 10 bucks I'd probably just throw a little super glue in the creases and set a book on it for a couple days. Then just give low stars for s&h and mention poor packaging in the FB.

Don't start wasting time or energy on items in that price range. It is frustrating but just repair it as best you can and move on. Once the coins are in place it will probably straighten itself out to some extent.

I noticed in November my packages began arriving damaged much more frequently and as recently as today. FedEx was the only one with no issue. DHL was the worst. The box was so damaged they re-packaged the contents, stuffed it all back in the original box, and taped the daylights out of it. The box was ripped to shreds.

If I decided to invest in a Dansco album (as I do), I would not want to use one that was well used or as damaged as what yours looks like. I don't know if I would send it back or not -- I guess it depended on how convinced I was that it was the seller's fault. Either way, I'd probably write off the low investment in that purchase and resolve to buy a new copy from a quality dealer who knows how to pack and ship and offers a guarantee.
If a coin set is worth my investment in time, effort, and purchases, then its display is worth a Dansco album - and one that is in good condition.
My strategy is about collecting what I intend to keep, not investing in what I plan to sell.
Return it. Only way the seller will learn anything.

Send it back. It’s the principle that counts. You would think that the seller would write do not fold or something to that effect on the envelope.
It's incumbent for the seller to pack an item securely. It doesn't matter if it's 10 dollars or 20 thousand.
I spent more than 5 minutes packing an 11 dollar item this morning. As a seller, you should WANT your customer to get exactly what they ordered.

Open a 'damage item received' and post the picture ..... let seller issue the paid postage. It's only $10 but the principle of if would bother me too.
I'd let it go. Somewhere around $20 + I might return an item.
I would file a claim if they do not offer to pay for it to be returned.
and 'fragile - photo - do not bend' written in big letters on both sides of package.
Remove the plastic and place a towel on it. Iron on super low heat and don't press hard. The glue will restick to the page and you will be fine, or at least better than where it's at right now.
Three options,
Send it back for a refund.
Eat the cost and give them one star for shipping.
Burn it in the center of a pentagram and cast a spell on the seller.

Is it a reputable seller on Ebay?
If it is then send them the pics. I wouldn't be surprised if they send out another one at no charge, and tell you to just discard the damaged one.
That's what I would do as a seller on an item such as this. Rather than risking a neg as well as the aggravation and wasted time on a return item that is worthless.
If this is a one of a kind item for the seller and can't be replaced, as a seller I would just refund the buyer.
Good news, seller is sending another page. Hopefully, it will be better packaged this time.
