    No idea about US coinage, but here in Canada I'm pretty sure you can just ask the Royal Canadian Mint for any kind of design and they'll add it to their line-up of 1,000+ issues for the year ;)

    I read this article earlier today, and thought it might be worthwhile to collect these new releases, along with the earlier pounds that were subject to counterfeiting. An interesting transitional series....perhaps?

    I'll probably add a Falklands pound for my type set if they do a redesign there.
