2009 Dollar bill. High serial number on the end. 3

https://us.v-cdn.net/6027503/uploads/editor/fb/bpkaom0pbcef.jpeg. I heard this was kinda normal?? But check out the date in the center. 1821 old date Ay with 22 at the beginning and 23 at the end.. with a high 3 at that.

    Sorry, but the serial number isn't special. The high 3 is a minor printing error but in circulated condition, it really wouldn't add any value.

    Agreed.It's a spender.
