    No, it is not! I've never seen something like this. I imagine the final numbers will all be like that until it is fixed. Let's see what the paper money guys say.

    I doubt it has any real premium, but I have seen similar notes hyped on Ebay.

    I went to this coin shop with it. Asked the guy in there if this was normal. He said yeah sometimes this happens. He said if that number was half way or more then it be more rare. Idk seems cool to me. Might keep it.
