Genuine Offcenter Mercury Silver Dime?

What do you guys think of this merc? Why would the reverse be showing on both sides? I have never seen an offcenter coin like this before.

Yes, I am a dealer. I would like to have a ruff retail value of the coin so I can sell it.

I believe I will be sending the coin to PCGS now.
