Would 80% of freshly PCGS holdered MS65+ Morgan Dollars receive a CAC sticker if submitted?

Would you expect the number to be higher than that or lower?
Not a trick question and I don't have a an answer, just gauging the correlation between coins deemed PQ by PCGS and CAC confirmation of that.

Only CAC knows. But I have had + graded coins not sticker.

Let’s see the coins. Each coin has its own characteristics. Is there a limit as to how many times they get to be resubmitted?
Remember they only see + graded coins as MS65 so they at least need to seem better than MS64.
I understand that. I see a fair amount of PCGS plus coins at auction without a sticker. They generally realize a significant discount to + coins with the green.
If they are $200-300 coins HA may not have submitted them to CAC.
I've heard a few times they only send coins to Jersey worth about $1K or more.
CAC see them as MS 65 so they would need to consider them in the top 15% for that grade to receive a green booger
