Joining a Local Coin/Token/Medal Club

I would like to expand my collector knowledge and interact with other numismatists. Would anyone be able to provide information on local coin/token/medal clubs in the Hartford, CT area.

Also, take a look at some of the national token/medal societies. Their membership dues can be very reasonable. I was involved in the Early American Coppers Society and the Civil War Token Society years ago. Both were great; including newsletters, books, and member auctions. I really enjoyed the CWTS, as they would have a small mail bid auction every month. I never knew what would arrive in the mailbox.
