Anyone else having problems with the auction prices realized page?

GRANDAMGRANDAM Posts: 8,376 ✭✭✭✭✭

or is it just me?

I go to the page and select a coin. That page comes up. I click on a specific auction to see what the sold coin looks like. When I try to go back to the list of prices realized the page won't reload it just keeps trying until it times out.

So the I start all over again and sometimes it won't then even download the prices realized chart,,,,, just times out.

It has been doing this for a couple of weeks now.

    https://www.pcgs.com/auctionPrices

Now I can't even get the page to download at all.

1 - The link above downloads OK

2 - Select a coin such as Morgan Dollars

3 - Select a date and mintmark - 1921-S - the page isn't loading, it just times out.

4 - When the above page does download you get a page with all 1921-S dollar auctions.

5 - If I select an auction and click on it to see what the coin looks like that auction comes up. If I try to go back to the previous page that starts the time out cycle.

Step 3 above starts after the 1st time I look at an auction and try to go back.

6 - When I first start this process everything works up until I try to go back to the previous auction list page.

Yes, I began experiencing this problem earlier in the week. It's NOT a Apple Safari problem but rather PCGS website issue! Hopefully they will fix this soon?

Thanks for the detailed instructions. I was able to reproduce the problem in Safari and I will pass the info along.
