    My selling account got the 6 - 8% offer...but my buying account:

    10% in eBay Bucks on every qualifying item of $50 or more when you buy within the latest version of the eBay Mobile App (the “Promotion”).

    8% in eBay Bucks on every qualifying item of $50 or more....

    It seems they are running 2 promos.

    Worked well, cant get bullion but can get coins. Picked up a 20 francs swiss gold coin through liberty on ebay and with the $24 ebay bucks it ends up under spot price by a few bucks. Trying to slowly add to my beginning collection. My 2nd 20 franc, 1 french, 1 swiss.

    There's lots of "bullion" listed in the exonumia category.....which, btw, qualify for bucks.
