You need to be more clear in what you are asking. Please elaborate.

The cents you show have mintmarks in different positions because they were hand punched into the dies. This was common practice at the time. There is no premium for different positions on cents of that era. Current practice has the mintmarks already in place on the hubs that are used to make the dies so there is no variance in mintmark position.
