It has a legit shot at 65+. If you send it in, do a regrade. Might work (say 20% chance).

You made a good choice. <3

You can, and they will shoot it through the slab, or you can pay for a reholder or regrade. Alternatively, there are a number of great photographers who could do it.

I was unaware of them taking a picture through the slab for trueview, I was under the impression that you had to do a reholder with either gold shield or trueview option.

Great coin! Agree regrade and TrueView would be great on this :)

Very, very nice coin! I remember taking low grade 1921 Peace Dollars back to the bank when I got Silver Dollars from the bank to look through.

Personally, I think we should all bow down in reverence for her getting THAT coin. <3

    Its a bute clark

  • ACopACop Posts: 1,479 ✭✭✭✭✭

Thats a really clean golden tone which is not common on a 21. They always seem dirty golden.

    Excellent strike as well!! Congrats!

Congratulations! I'm surprised it didn't receive at least a plus grade. Old blue holder?
    It's definitely a keeper.

When I see a 1921 Peace with hair detail like that, I know I'm looking at something special. I'm sure you paid a well deserved premium for that piece. Congratulations on the amazing find!

Beautiful Peace Dollar PF. I got here late, but my guess would have been 65+ maybe 66. You don't see 21's that nice very often. Great job winning that one! :)

WOW!!!!! Very impressive~! I'm so happy for you.

It's not an old holder and she will go in for regrade just for the heck of it ;)

Wow, that one is outstanding, well struck on both sides! Pretty much all the eagle feathers are struck up, which is very tough to find.

What's not to like about a new home in HI? :)
