I agree it sure does look undergraded to me too.

Short backround on this one...
Was PCGS 66, really sweet coin IMO.
I thought it could/should get at minimum + added or a one point upgrade.
Cracked and submitted raw.
Returned as a 64
Cracked and submitted raw again.
Returned as a 66.
TPG a little inconsistent maybe?
Done playing the game, she'll be resting in her 6 tomb.
