Topps '60 Koufax, '62 banks

Picked these up at a garage sale and trying to figure out exactly what they are. Reprints/reproductions? Haven't found much on ebay or google yet. They have white backs and show signs of perforations around the edges. Any value? Thanks.

Pretty sure those are Dover reprints from 1978?

Thanks. That looks like them. I used that data base to search by player name but stopped at the '60s when I found a look alike. That will teach me to keep browsing.

They also state that they are Dover reprints in small text on the back.
