    Yes, and I expect a lousy weekend. Supposed to be as bad as Hugo and that was awful.

    Still warm and sunny and calm here in central North Carolina.
    Expect the weather to worsen here by this time tomorrow - we are in for 3 days of wind and rain as the storm stalls south of us. This will make Matthew (2016) seem tiny.

    I will consider myself really lucky if our power stays on and none of the pine trees topple over.

    Same here. Just hope no trees come down on the house or fence. Can't have the horses running loose.
