I have held on to this penny for a few years. Unfortunately I have lost my job in April of this year , and I am looking for a bright light somewhere. Can anyone advise on this penny please? TIA.

Your cent is damaged.
Another coin was pressed into it, after it
was in circulation. That's why the reverse
side is flattened.
It's considered damaged/altered.
