Misprint on a $100?

I seem to have come across a misprint on a $100 i believe. It is a 2013 bill, there is a "50" printed over Franklins face and the "0" is over his eye like a monocle. Not sure if somebody put it there or if this was a misprint, please let me know if it is worth keeping.

Looks like a teller stamp to me.
Yes, somebody put it there, likely at a bank.
It's the paper money equivalent of PMD, post mint damage.
