"Piggyback" submissions are a bad idea. There are just too many potential problems. How well do you really know that online person you are entrusting your coin (and money) to?
I've done it with a couple coins relatively recently...but with someone I consider utterly reliable. I mean, going to a 'PCGS dealer' at a brick an mortar is similar. Do due diligence and make sure it's someone you can have a business relationship with.
