The rules are simple. When you are "it" it is your turn to post a US coin image (obverse only or both sides).
Think of this a long slow process similar to chess by mail. it could take a while but will be worth the effort.

Hopefully, no one cares if I'm not playing so don't make me "it" as the game will die.
Topstuf is likely chipping a half disme from the Lucite pen holder. As I noted...this may not move all that fast.

Mr. Carr explanation on the earlier 1934 over-strikes:
The change of production 'preparation' method slightly different on a few of the earlier '1934'; were bead-blasted, wire brushed and then over-struck and most of the later ones were not.
Somehow the bead-blasting tended to bring out a slightly coppery color similar to the colors of Kruggerands (which are also 9167 fine gold)
