Sunday's great day for me

This is the best afternoon I've had in a long time. Total haul was$27.41. This was a little hillside that over looked the finish line at a high school track. 85 quarters (for RickO) 35 dimes 18 nickels 86 pennies and 1 Ike dollar. Only the second one I've found. I'm ready to go back and hunt vertical to see how much I missed

Spectator coin spills are one of the best! Also flea markets and carnival tent locations. Peace Roy

Wow! You must be sore this evening! What’s your best one day haul?
My best haul was in the $30 range and that was detecting in the grass after a carnival moved out. There were dollar coins and halves in that haul. Pretty easy to find. You bet my legs were sore. But in this case it was worth it.

Holy smokes! Well done!!!
WOW...Excellent. When I lived in Colorado, I used to check out some slopes where there was a lot of sled riding. They were almost always profitable. When you do the verticle hunt, perhaps you should wear some baseball cleats to get a better foothold. Keep us posted on your 'vertical finds'. MDH
OMG, sweet !!!
What about under HS grandstands or are they all picked over because the coins are on the surface?
thats way cool, i like
Excellent.
